Beatrice Voss

Originally from the UK, Beatrice began her studies of Ayurveda in 2018 at the College of Ayurveda following the life changing experience of receiving Panchakarma in India.

Driven by a desire to learn more about this truly holistic healing modality, she completed her practitioner training under the guidance of Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where she also received her Yoga Teacher Training in Ayuryoga.

After graduating from the Ayurvedic Institute, Beatrice began teaching various subjects at the school including Ayuryoga, Marma therapy, Shamana (Ayurvedic manual therapies) and Women’s Health. She also supervised students in their clinical practice.

Beatrice studied Sanskrit with dr. Anil Biltoo at SOAS London and western herbalism at the university of Westminster, which continues to inform her clinical practice. Holding a BA in fine art from St. Martins, she honors not only the science of medicine, but also recognizes it to be an art of living in harmony with the environment and present situation. Her teachings are filled with beautiful drawings truly worth a thousand words.

Alongside teaching, Beatrice has been providing Ayurvedic and Yoga consultations to the local community and online, supporting her clients in a variety of health concerns and through seasonal cleanses.

Beatrice finds great joy in seeing how Ayurveda and Yoga can not only bring individuals out of imbalance but closer to their full, divine potential.

Currently Beatrice is researching and writing for her book on Women’s Health, utilizing Ayurvedic medicine to balance the menstrual cycle and hormones, improve fertility, develop pre natal and postpartum care, support the transition into menopause and address various disorders partaining the female reproductive system.

Beatrice offers consultations in English and in Italian upon request.

In 2024, Robin and Beatrice founded Ayurvidya Health to continue to share their love of Ayurveda and serve the world through Ayurvedic education and health consultation services.

Robin Voss

Born in the Netherlands, Robin is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute’s practitioner programs. The transformational power of Vedic sciences came to him early in life, which led him to have a dedicated Yoga practice from age 18 onwards as he traveled the world as a professional dancer. It ignited a profound interest for self-inquiry and ancient healing arts from around the globe.

It was his good fortune to meet the mentor he was looking for, which caused him to live part-time in India for years, studying eastern philosophies in a monastic setting under the close tutelage of Dr. Vijaya Manja PhD. He studied Sanskrit with Dr. Anil Biltoo, professor at King’s College London and studies Jyotisha, Vedic astrology and astronomy, with Penny Farrow.

Upon graduating from the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM, Robin became part of its faculty and has for the past two years been teaching nutrition, clinical aspects and medicine compounding. He also supervised the students in their on-site clinic. He loves being amidst the sanctuary of learning, discussing and discovering Ayurveda’s timeless principles in the classroom.

It has been one of the greatest blessings of his life to learn from and work alongside Dr. Vasant Lad, B.A.M.S., M.A.Sc., world-renowned Ayurvedic physician, teacher, author and founder of the Ayurvedic Institute.

Alongside his teaching duties Robin has had a continuous clinical practice, supporting clients in their health and wellness journey. More recently he assumed role as the student clinic manager and set up an Ayurvedic apothecary in Asheville, NC.

Robin has a deep reverence for anyone following the desire to improve their current condition and it is his great privilege to support people move in a positive direction obtaining their goals. He has a great love for conveying the timeless wisdom of Ayurvedic principles in simple everyday language.

Robin offers consultations in English and Dutch upon request.

According to Ayurvedic principles, by understanding oneself, by identifying one’s own constitution, and by recognizing sources of doshic aggravation, one can not only follow the proper guidelines to cleanse, purify, and prevent disease, but also uplift oneself into a realm of awareness previously unknown.
